Ease of filing a claim
    The customer must attach a diagnosis letter and the results of the laboratory examination from the doctor and hospital that treats & states that the customer has been diagnosed with a Corona Covid-19 virus and other supporting documents in accordance with the provisions of the Policy.

Fast inpatient guarantee
    We issue a letter of guarantee (Letter of Guarantee) will be given within 1 × 24 hours from a customer diagnosed with Corona Covid-19 Virus.

Extension of the deadline for claim submission.
    For customers who are diagnosed with the Corona Covid-19 virus in the Initiative Period and submit a claim by reimbursement, AXA will extend the deadline for submitting claim documents to 120 days.

Policy Recovery is not active
    If the Customer's Policy is inactive during the Initiative Period and is diagnosed with a Corona Covid-19 Virus, the Customer will be provided with the convenience of policy recovery and the policy waiting period is abolished.
