How do I claim?

We’re committed to ensure your claim is settled in the shortest possible time. Our process is quick, efficient and designed to make it simple to use. That is why, for In case of an emergency, please contact Zurich Assist on

To do this, you (the insured) must report a claim and submit the supporting document, less than 5 calendar days (120 hours) after your loss or accident. This can be done by registering your claim on claim.zurichclick.co.id. Or you can download a claim form here or contact us and we will send one to you.

You must not take any action or decision without contacting Zurich first and getting our consent. The process to submit and assess your claim is very straight forward, there are ;
    - Download or request a claim form,
    - Fill in the claim form,
    - Attach all relevant documentation (described below, by claim type),
    - Submit to Zurich by email, fax or mail.

Please make sure that you submit all specific documentation as listed below. Missing or incomplete claim documents will delay the payment of your claim. Depending on the type of claim, we will need different information from you. However, for all claims, you will need to complete a Claim Form a photocopy of your passport and a photocopy of all plane tickets.
